What are some of your professional experiences?	Not only have I taught at the secondary level in five states, I have taught at the college level, in Germany twice for the Department of Defense Dependent Schools, and in a state prison (I was not incarcerated).

Have you received any awards for teaching or coaching?	Several nominations for Who's Who Among American High School Teachers
What got you interested in becoming a teacher?	I started out in pre-law, which was not the norm at the time but I loved government, politics, and writing. Once I met my future husband, I felt like teaching would be my best option as a military spouse. I still have a love for all of those, but I was able to teach social studies (when they weren’t looking for a coach) and English. I have not regretted my choice.
