Command Sergeant Major McClain teaches the MacArthur JROTC. He has been teaching at MacArthur for 14 years. He has earned a Masters Degree in Behavior Science. Command Sergeant Major McClain has earned all of his professional experiences during his service to our country. He served as a United States Soldier for 27 years. Command Sergeant Major McClain has been named as a teacher of the month. He became interested in teaching because he believes that parents and teachers are both responsible for raising, guiding, and teaching children. Command Sergeant Major McClain keeps his students motivated by continually introducing them to new material.
