| What got you interested in becoming a teacher? |
I have been around education for years, and determined that is was the most interesting and fun job out there that I could get.

| How do you keep your students motivated? |
In class, I emphasize short term goals, utilize different methods of covering material, and use written work as a means of discussing the topics. I try to emphasize learning, and use tests to measure and encourage it.
