MHS STUCO

SO.....WANT TO BE INVOLVED?

HERE'S HOW!

DELEGATE- The simplest and easiest way to be in StuCo is to become a delegate. All that is required to become a delegate is a petition with 25 signatures from classmates, 2.5 GPA and no suspensions the year prior to applying. Delegates are the voice of their classes and serve by working on committees and participating in school activities.

CLASS OFFICER- If you are looking to be more active within StuCo, then sign-up to run for class officer. There are four offices (president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer) that you can run for. These four people are the main representatives from each grade and organize within their class everything from class me3etings and hallway decorations to pep rally ideas.

STUCO OFFICER- Have some ideas in mind of how you want to see StuCo run, then running for StuCo officer is right up your alley. If you are elected StuCo president, vice- president, secretary, treasurer or parliamentarian, then you will serve on the executive board for StuCo. This means you will be in charge of planning and running meetings, overseeing committees, ad any other duties that will ensure StuCo to run smoothly. Since this is such a big responsibility, you must be a senior to run for StuCo office, un less you want to run for parliamentarian, they you must be a junior.
