Softball Coach

Head Coach-- Lauren Renneker

A native of Lawton, OK, Lauren Renneker brings over 15 years of playing experience to MacArthur High School. Lauren attended MacArthur High School where she and her teammates won two state championship titles in the years of 2008 and 2009. After her senior season, Renneker was named as an All-State pitcher for the 2011 All-Large West Team. Renneker attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University for three years to play softball and begin her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. During her three seasons with Southeastern, her team won the 2013 Great American Conference Championship and finished 3rd in the South-Central Region, and in 2014 Southeastern won the Great American Conference regular season and place 3rd in the Division II College World Series. In 2015, Renneker returned home to play her senior season for Cameron University. During her 2015 season, Renneker broke (and still holds) the single-season home run record hitting 21 long balls and is still currently in 2nd place for the single-season RBI record hitting 67 runs in. Renneker was voted to the Lonestar Conference 1st Team and was also named Lonestar Conference Newcomer of the Year. After playing, Renneker served as an assistant coach for Cameron University under head coach Rodney DeLong Jr. and began giving lessons at D-Bat Lawton. After completing her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at Cameron, Renneker joined the coaching staff at Southwestern Oklahoma State University as a graduate assistant for one year. Renneker obtained her Master’s Degree in Sports Management during her time at SWOSU.
