The annual Lawton Public Schools Foundation breakfast is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 23, 2016, at Golden Corral in Lawton. All proceeds from the event benefit the teachers and students of Lawton Public Schools.
Tickets to the breakfast are $10 each and may be purchased at any LPS school site or at the door. The breakfast will run from 6:30-9:00AM. Golden Corral is located at 2632 NW Cache Road.
The Lawton Public School Foundation (LPSF) was founded in an effort to address continuing cuts in the educational budgets for Lawton Public Schools. The LPSF administers funds which provide local educators with scientific, educational, and charitable funding not available from the school district. Funded grants are used by teachers in the LPS school district for in-class educational materials, technology, and other teaching aids that would not be otherwise be available to them.
